These terms govern your use of Xtify — our desktop application, iOS application, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Xtify, you agree to these terms. If you're using Xtify on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on its behalf too.
Xtify is provided by us, and these terms form a binding agreement between you and Xtify. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you don't agree to these terms, don't use Xtify.
Xtify detects when you're in a meeting, records system and microphone audio on your Mac, transcribes it with speaker diarization, and extracts decisions, action items, risks, and follow-ups into a searchable memory stored on your device. A local MCP server lets AI agents running on your machine query that memory.
Xtify is a tool. You're responsible for how you use it — including what you record, who you record, and what you do with the output.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
Recording-consent laws vary by state and country — some require only one party to consent, others require all parties. Xtify gives you the tools to record; getting appropriate consent from meeting participants is your responsibility, not ours. We're not liable for how you use the recording capability.
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually, depending on what you selected — until you cancel. You can cancel any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
See our refund policy for how refunds are handled.
Xtify and its underlying software are our property. Your recordings, transcripts, and extracted memory are yours — we claim no ownership over content you generate through the Service.
Xtify is provided "as is." Transcription, diarization, and extraction are automated and can make mistakes — decisions, owners, and risks pulled from a meeting should be verified before you rely on them for anything consequential.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
You can stop using Xtify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Your local recordings and memory index stay on your device either way — they were never ours to hold.
We'll update this page when the terms change and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in-app before they take effect.
